Gado Gado: untraditional / luke warm and pickled vegetables flowers / herbs / crispy coconut crumbs / peanuts
There was a traditional sambal, silk tofu, a lot of exotic veggies, peanut sauce with wasabi, and very strong taste of spices and herbs in it. Although the taste was much different from gado-gado we already know, but I love the taste, I told my friend if I can come back here, I will definitely order this again as my starter because it is like a plate with a hundred possibilities of taste. There is so many possibilities that you can make by mix one vegetable with sauces, one sauce with two veggies, or only two veggies without sauce, I felt like playing and it was so fun, and for those people who love veggies and spices so much, this could be your call to try it.
