Very tranquil resort in Nusa Dua with a private villa and almost like private service. They have a selection of natural and organic menu, and wellness activities such as various kind of Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, amazing spa treatment, and facilities such as saltwater pool, gym room, and hot tub. You can choose a one-bedroom pool villa or up to 4 suite villa also with private pool that suits for a group.

A healthy choice of breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Nutrio and its Bar. The villa is a classic Bali with extra spacious and private pool. The interior reminds me of Aman, and yes the location of the resort is located next to Aman Villas, and the ambiance very private and tranquil.

I recommended this resort indeed to escape from bustling crowds. to relax without any interruption, and of course to improve and start your wellness lifestyle. You wake up energized with breakfast at Nutrio, then at 11 you can choose to join activities on the day, try Aerial Flow Yoga (or any other yoga) for 1 hour then you can enjoy your lunch or even relax on the pool, swim, and sunbathe before at 3 you can choose to join Tai Chi or Meditation class.

You can have a consultation and have your health check while in the resort to know what you really need to improve your wellness, include the nutrition that you need on a daily basis. But practically you can totally enjoy yourself here, you can relax and read a book, or do yoga on your back yard, use their free of charge facility such as gym, but try to explore your ability on other wellness activities the resort has to offer won't be hurt, and also, try their amazing holistic spa, Remissio.
