5 THINGS TO DO TO KEEP YOURSELF FOCUS AND STRESS RELEASE - We spent a lot of time at the home over the past years, we are doing everything online and some of you are even in a lockdown situation on the current world's condition. Working from home sometimes becomes a full week of work (blame your boss for it... just kidding), but please be concerned about your well-being too, overworked doesn't get you anywhere either, smart work it is, and smart working is to balance work, play, rest and stress release into your way of life.

To keep yourself productive and inspired from a boring work-at-home situation, I have some things I usually do, in the middle of the day to maintain my focus and release the stress because of work. Some others are free, and some others you may need to pay for, but I think these are my top 5 healthy way to keep myself focus and reduce my daily stress.


1. FREE ONLINE GAMES

I love games, but simple online games that no need to buy a piece of certain equipment, pay for credits, or even take so much of your time. I have one or two games on my smartphone, and one of them is a tennis game. Recently I just found interesting online games, you can access on your browser, that you may be interested in playing, Plays.org.

2. JOIN AN ONLINE WELLNESS CLASS

This is probably you need to pay to join since the gym center is closed, not only working is on Zoom Meeting, but the working out and socializing is also on Zoom Meeting as well. Just like my friend that open a class for guided meditation, yoga, and Zumba, it's healthy, fun, and relaxing, although it's on the screen, we need to get used to the new normal activities.


3. READING A BOOK

This is also one of my favorite things to do, to forget about working for a while and absorb new information or create a fantasy according to the book's storyline. I read a book on the weekend, and I have three new books, I need to finish this summer.

My favorite calming space for reading a book is in the bathroom and by the pool, both need water to dip my body, I just find it very relaxing.

4. COOKING & EAT HEALTHY

You need a good source of energy, yes it's easy to open an app like Uber Eats, but why do you not try new healthy recipes from YouTube or Tik Tok? Just a simple like Sautee vegetables, new ways of cooking eggs for your breakfast, even be your own chef with simple fine dining type of dish for your dinner. Cooking needs an extra focus, and yes it's therapeutic, especially if the result is to make your tummy happy. Besides that, you can regularly infuse a herbs diet into your lifestyle such as herbal tea, and herbal oil, to boost not only your brain but also your mood

Trust me a good day of productive working and a happy mind is for you.
