THE BEST AIRPORT HOTEL CROWNE PLAZA CHANGI SINGAPORE - It's been a year since the last time I am in Singapore, never thought that I will stay in an Aiport Hotel even in Singapore but my last trip to Bawah Island made me do it. Because I need to be ready on 7 AM and no flights to Singapore from Jakarta can be that early, I need to be in Singapore at least a night before, and Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport definitely the best choice to layover, because the distance between Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Aiport to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in no time (well you know Singapore traffic is friendly compare with Jakarta! Okay that's not fair comparison)

What I like about, Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport is:
1. Direct Access from Terminal 3
They have direct access from Terminal 3, so there's no need taxi ride, shuttle ride even longer walk. So after immigration in T3, exit left and in no time there's access to the lobby lounge of Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi.
2. Room with Runway View
It's probably gonna be one unique staying experience where the room view your hotel room is one of the busiest runway on the planet, Changi Airport, Singapore and it would be lovely for you aviation geek and lover to stay at this room. You can see and take a shoot of the most amazing planes that landing and take off from your cozy and luxury hotel room.
3. They Have Separate Building for Business Room
If you are kinda tired and wants to be a hermit while staying at Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi, I suggest booking a Business room for you. Because they're on the other side of the building that quieter and perfect if you just want to feel the vibes that warmer and packed with the spaces, especially if you want total stillness to finish some job and don't want so many distractions (but you if you are Club member, you should definitely try to enjoy Club Lounge with its perks) but if you want bigger spaces, the premier room with runway view or pool access is right for you.
4. Join the Club IHG to enjoy the perks
The perks if you join the Club, of course, you can get the club privileges this is what I love the most. From afternoon tea and evening cocktails in the club lounge, where you can relax and enjoy your time, do your thing with small bites and free flow drinks.
5. Remember that you are still in Changi Aiport Area
It was my first time staying at Changi and it was my first time too, try to get to the city center by MRT (because everytime I in Singapore, I always get the cab to the city center for a practical reason). So, of course, there's a access to MRT. shopping and food center.
Or if you're not stay here but have sometimes especially in the morning, after you landed from somewhere far or even on breakfast time at 06.30 AM, and want buffet breakfast because you are so hungry like crazy, go to Terminal 3 Changi Airport, pass through the lobby lounge to the second floor where the restaurant will be ready to assist you with your request, because I see some business traveler come here only to have a breakfast and absolutely want some quality and great ambience not like at the food court.
