FULFILLING WELLNESS AT THE WESTIN RESORT NUSA DUA BALI - It's been a while since 2012, the last time I visit The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali, and I was here again not full for business but 80% leisure. The feeling to be back in one of the well-known beachfront resorts in Bali was amazing. Do nothing by the beach, relaxing at the premium pool, and no worry about time while I enjoy a buffet breakfast at Seasonal Tastes, I even experience private afternoon tea this time at Velada Tapas Bar & Kitchen. Let me take you to my stories of fulfilling wellness at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali (but my version of wellness definitely... do nothing and not too over-thinking ;p)

I suggest Nusa Dua as the first place to visit when you arrived in Bali because it's quite lively, some of the places in Nusa Dua indeed full of crowds, but BTDC is full of well-known luxury resorts, that most of the people who decided to stay here probably on some business trip, mix with a family holiday, still, there were a couple I saw that definitely doing their Honeymoon in Bali moment, but mostly Nusa Dua is business and family-friendly because there are so much fun & family activities at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali.

Especially in Westin, I familiar with their Bali wellness retreat campaign that everyone needs, their wellness campaign is success attracts many people that need to introduce the importance of wellness to balance life; work life, love life, city life, family life, you name it. It's interesting because when I stay in Nusa Dua it's always for a business purpose, and here in The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali you can get a quite portions of the wellness side such as join the morning Yoga session guided by an in-house wellness specialist from India, Jitendra Pokhriyal to elevate your wellbeing on other daily uplifting Holistic activities such as introduction to meditation & life talk series (you can also book a private session with him too) or even rent New Balance stuff from the gym because the resort area is a great place for outdoor activity like a morning run or bicycling too.

But wellness for me as simple as not to worry about something insignificant in our life, and to actualize the wellbeing inside to enjoy every single moment, like when I stayed in Westin, I think I have spent more than 10 hours in total during my stay in front of their beach, relax my mind, yes I open my inbox because it was urgent and I signed the contract, but really no stress. Moreover, when the beach is at low tide (as you can see in the picture), I'll take my phone when half of my body inside the water, the definition of #WorkWell & #PlayWell at the same time at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali

A Little bit about the room I stayed in the Premium Room with a balcony that has a pool view. The 48sq meters semi-Westin suite with a work desk, sofa, balcony, bathtub, etc. These new rooms feature contemporary interiors, complete with the 3rd generation Heavenly bed, dual walk-in wardrobe, complete with Heavenly Spa bath amenities. So I think The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali is a great place to balance everything, even when you mix work and play. Bali as a big picture is always welcoming me as a best friend, I believe it's happened to thousands of other people too.
