Besides its food, what I like from Belmond Jimbaran Puri Bali is its classic ambiance and not over the development of their resort make it like a luxury treasure that brings back old memories. Even though, that what makes the resort selling point strong and I think that what's Belmond stand for, classic luxury and you can also feel here at Belmond Jimbaran Puri Bali.

Back to food, I had usual breakfast nothing different, but you can order their daily breakfast special menu that different every day, I had kinda rolled tortilla with scrambled egg and vegetable inside, complete with guacamole and I believe mayonnaise mix with plain yogurt, simple but it's interesting plate that offered different daily at the breakfast table. Even there's Tom Yum Gung, which is quite nice. The next morning I decided to tick all the in-room-breakfast sheet and as you can see, I had them all on my room table.

Lunch at Nelayan Restaurant, an open-air concept beachfront restaurant that so chills you can go barefoot and feel the beach's sand send the energy from below. Gladly there're huge trees as a natural canopy to protect you from the direct sun, just hope that the wind will blow the fresh air. But you can always freshen yourself with all the fresh salad and drinks.

I think the best time in Jimbaran is always when the sun goes down, it's mix of beauty, relax and fun. Other people may yell at the beach or do some silly things, you will see a bunch of couples have pre-wedding photos, but grab your drink, order some food and relax here on the Jimbaran coast is a perfect.

You can try the signature seafood platter that I personally can share up to 4 people (actually it's for 2), pasta, salad, grilled meat etc. If you come to Nelayan Restaurant at Belmond Jimbaran Puri Bali, you will surprise with so many menus they offer. So if you think that lunch time is too hot for the beach, you can come after 3PM and enjoy the beach until the sunset. Do you have any better idea than friends, food, and drink during sunset time in Jimbaran? I don't think so
