CHANEL PARIS DEAUVILLE PERFUME REVIEW

Chanel Perfume REVIEW - Paris Deauville by Deluxshionist

CHANEL PARIS DEAUVILLE PERFUME REVIEW - One of my shopping habits nowadays is buying perfume, I know, although I am not going anywhere, I just straight up scrolling my phone, and buying perfume online. I actually prefer niche brands now, because for almost two years I have not had a chance to stroll around the airport while waiting to board a plane, but designer brands like Chanel, Dior, and Tom Ford have a special place in my nose.

I currently like a perfume that smells green, fresh, and citrusy, kinda like a summery fragrance, and I see that Chanel Paris-Deauville interests me. So based on what I have read in Frageantica Paris – Deauville by Chanel is a Chypre fragrance for women and men. Paris – Deauville was launched in 2018. The nose behind this fragrance is Olivier Polge. The top notes are Basil, Sicilian Orange, Lime, Bergamot, Petitgrain, and Lemon; the middle notes are Green Notes, Hedione, Jasmine, and Rose; the base note is Patchouli. And it has a 4.15 out of 5 Rating

In May, Chanel launched Les Eaux De Chanel, a new line of three Eaux de Toilette (Paris - Deauville, Paris - Biarritz, Paris – Venise. The line is named after travels and ties between Gabriel Chanel and certain cities during her career and offers „a sense of freshness that is as emotional as the memory of a journey“. The creations are all signed by perfumer Olivier Polge.

1913. Gabrielle Chanel opened her first fashion boutique in Deauville. The seaside resort is a haven for elegant women, the first to wear wide-brimmed hats and dresses inspired by the masculine wardrobe. PARIS-DEAUVILLE transmits this rural charm in green nuances to the heart of a fragrance that seems like fresh, clear air.

Paris - Deauville is an aromatic-citrusy fragrance that possesses "lively, natural, radiant freshness" inspired by the Normandy coast. Aromatic green basil notes are combined with Sicilian orange.

It is available as a 125 ml Eau de Toilette.

in my personal opinion, although there's nothing original about the fragrance, I really liked it, but since it's EDT, you need to reapply after 3-4 hours. The impression I get is a nice clean vacation in Italy, under the lemon tree, while you eat freshly cooked summer pasta with cold rose, but I am picturing a lady with a big rattan hat and black Chanel sunglasses. Although in my head I am imagining a woman with her beachfront Italian coast vacation in a Chanel Deauville Bag (buy the black one here), the fragrance is unisex, and I love to wear it, layer it with a linen smell fragrance that I own, so it gives me a unique scent and more projecting and long-lasting (at least more than 4-5 hours)
