CROWN HOTELS CONTINUE TO SET THE STANDARD IN VICTORIA WITH INDUSTRY WINS

All three Crown Hotel brands honoured at the 2021 Tourism Accommodation Australia Awards for Excellence

Crown Hotels has reaffirmed its position as the leading locally-grown luxury hotel group in Australia; taking out four awards at the 2021 Tourism Accommodation Australia (TAA) Victoria Awards for Excellence.

Acknowledged as one of Australia’s most internationally-renowned tourism accommodation providers with three hotel brands – Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade – Crown Hotels was awarded the following accolades across its portfolio:

• Hotel Club Lounge of the Year: Crystal Club, Crown Towers Melbourne 
• Back of House Employee of the Year: Kate Cannon, Crown Hotels (joint winner)
• Superior Accommodation Hotel of the Year: Crown Promenade (joint winner)
• Deluxe Accommodation Hotel of the Year: Crown Metropol

The TAA (Victoria) Accommodation Awards for Excellence recognise Victoria's finest accommodation hotels and staff and celebrate the dedication and achievement of the hospitality industry. The voting criteria comprises an industry peer vote and a mystery shopper judging process from a panel of industry professionals.
