PRESTIGE CLUB LOUNGE AT THE VENETIAN RESORT

The ultimate Las Vegas upgrade just got better.  The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas is expanding its popular Prestige Club Lounge into a second resort tower, giving guests an opportunity to upgrade every part of their stay in The Venetian tower with VIP perks and amenities.

The Prestige Club Lounge upgrade, previously available exclusively in The Palazzo tower, is now available in two towers:

Both private lounges place guests at the forefront of exclusivity and luxury, including expedited private check in, complete with a welcome glass of sparkling Prosecco; complimentary continental breakfast; afternoon coffee or tea; and evening appetizers and handcrafted cocktails – all with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip.

THE VENETIAN RESORT POOL

The Venetian® Resort recently unveiled a dramatic redesign of its pool deck, setting a new standard in luxury and extraordinary experiences in Las Vegas. Conveniently located within The Venetian hotel tower, the new pool deck takes design cues from the Italian Riviera, including sculptural art pieces and quaint gardens, to provide the worldly look and feel of a European escape. The addition of 10 well-appointed premium poolside cabanas provide over-the-top amenities, some of which feature private plunge pools, reflecting the needs of the resort's most discerning guests. The pristine waters of The Venetian pools evoke the charm and irresistible allure of their seaside Italian influences. The addition of daybeds and chaise lounges within the pools put guests even closer to the refreshing water.

Building on The Venetian's award-winning cocktail program led by The Dorsey, Rosina and Electra Cocktail Club, the poolside cocktail menu has also been revamped, featuring drinks developed by world-renowned barman Sam Ross. Using seasonal fruit and freshly squeezed juices to enhance the selections, the menu features shaken classics, slushies, and a variety of non-alcoholic palate-pleasing options.

The redesigned pool also features two new al fresco dining spots from 50 Eggs Hospitality Group – Spritz Restaurant & Bar, and CAPRI poolside restaurant and lounge.

The Venetian Pool deck offers several group buy out options for events and receptions.

ESTIATORIO MILOS

The Venetian Resort and Chef Costas Spiliadis proudly welcomed Estiatorio Milos, the world's most celebrated Greek seafood restaurant to the property in March. Known for its signature seafood market featuring fresh fish flown in from the Mediterranean, Milos also introduces a new fruit and vegetable market, a raw bar, a yogurt room, and a curated list of fine Greek wines to complement the experience.

For groups, the restaurant features two private dining rooms, and various options for buy outs.

Regarded as the most influential chef in Greek cooking, Spiliadis believes food is best in its purest form, simple and perfect using pristine ingredients and cooking with precision so interference with nature is minimal. Like its sister Milos locations, the seafood will be flown in daily from the Mediterranean then put on display in the restaurant's signature fish market where guests can make their selection. Complementing the iconic Milos fresh fish market will be an exquisite new produce market, where patrons can select from an array of fresh fruits and vegetables to accompany their meals. In addition, a raw bar will feature whole fish sashimi using the day's fresh catch and a variety of crudo and tartare preparations.

BRERA osteria

The newly opened BRERA Osteria located in the bustling and energetic St. Mark's Square inside The Venetian Resort is simplified Italian sophistication at its finest. The menu, inspired by Chef Angelo Auriana's memories growing up in Italy is a combination of sharable plates, freshly made pasta, risotto, extensive choices of seafood including Branzino and calamari, and, of course, prime sirloin top steak, using only the freshest ingredients. The new restaurant is inspired by the wildly popular BRERA Ristorante in the Los Angeles arts district, which was recently named one of the world's top 50 Italian restaurants outside of Italy. Both restaurants were influenced by the artsy-cool Brera neighborhood in Milan Italy, known for its distinct lively culinary and arts scene and it's also credited in the 1920's for bringing the social happy hour concept to the world – known as the Aperitivo Hour.

True to its namesake, BRERA Osteria features a signature Aperitivo Hour, or the best happy hour in Las Vegas, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m., with its tribute to Italian hospitality, delicious dishes, refreshing cocktails, and energizing atmosphere.

The restaurant, located steps away from the Level 2 entrance to the Venetian Congress Center, features various options for group buy outs.

MAJORDŌMO MEAT & FISH

Majordōmo Meat & Fish by Chef David Chang opened at The Venetian Resort in December 2019. The vibrant menu is made up of a diverse range of food traditions and inspired by the energy of Las Vegas and built on the DNA of its sister restaurant in Los Angeles. Signature dishes include macaroni & chickpea, served with black truffles, smoked whole plate short ribs, prime rib, and a selection of other seafood and meat; and a Majordōmo staple, the Bing bread, with a variety of dips and toppings including spicy lamb, chickpea Hozon, and honey butter.

For groups, Majordomo was designed to offer many private spaces, including the 28-seated Wine room, 44-seated Ocean room, and the 24 seated Boulevard room.  The main dining room offers 100 additional seats for a buy out.   In addition, a “secret” karaoke room features a pass-through window to keep drinks and snacks flowing all night.

MOON PALACE

Moon Palace, also by Chef David Chang, is located across from Majordōmo Meat & Fish and serves quick, tasty food in a fast-paced environment. Known for their compact menu featuring their signature Tastys, a slider on a King Hawaiian bun, guests can now start the day off with the new Breakfast Tasty with egg, available with bacon or spam and hash browns. Pair it up with Hot Chips: freshly fried potato chips and Half Dips: two pillowy pancakes filled with marshmallow fluff and half dipped in chocolate and you have got a tasty treat.  For groups, a “secret” karaoke room features a pass-through window to keep drinks and snacks flowing all night.

MOTT 32

Joining The Venetian's culinary collection December 2018, Mott 32 is one of Hong Kong's most award-winning restaurants and a culinary icon in contemporary Chinese cuisine. Nominated for Best Chef in the Southwest in the prestigious 2020 James Beard Awards, executive Chef Alan Ji features an acclaimed menu that combines authentic Chinese recipes handed down from generations with progressive cooking techniques.

Designed by renowned interior designer, Joyce Wang, the Las Vegas restaurant's design reflects Mott 32's original pairing of New York industrialism and classic Chinese elements along with nods to Las Vegas culture including a dining table made of a vintage roulette wheel and a feather boa chandelier.

Winner of Wine Spectator's 'Best of Award of Excellence' two years in a row for their stellar wine list, combined with an exceptional mixology program, playful scene and atmosphere, Mott 32 is a one-of-a-kind experience.

Mott 32 offers immersive group dining experiences that highlight the indulgent beauty of unlikely pairings. There is no food and beverage minimum required for main dining room seating. Group dining and beverage menus are available for groups of more than 12.

THE COCKTAIL COLLECTIVE

A trio of new bars has spurred a sensation for visitors – a radical departure from the city's traditional nightlife scene. At the helm of it all is The Cocktail Collective at The Venetian Resort, a portfolio of three nightlife destinations, The Dorsey Cocktail Bar, Rosina Cocktail Lounge, and Electra Cocktail Club. Together, these venues have been racking up accolades as they redefine cocktail culture in Las Vegas.

The sophisticated Dorsey provides an inventive cocktail menu, featuring the Penicillin, which New York Times named to its list of 11 essential drinks of the “modern cocktail revival.”

At the romantic Rosina, pleasure seekers can top off their flute of Champagne with the bar's most innovative feature, a “Champagne call button.” Conde Nast Traveler calls Rosina an “incredible surprise…rich finishes and gorgeous lighting give the small room Gatsby-era, Art Deco fabulousness.”

The energetic Electra Cocktail Club greets guests with a 40-foot digital display featuring original art in a mind-blowing 70 million pixels and more than one billion colors. Electra is “a gorgeous cocktail bar with the vibe of a nightclub,” according to The Vancouver Sun.

For groups, several buy out options and packages are available.

SUSTAINABILITY NEWS

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Venetian Resort expanded its recycling efforts as the first Las Vegas-based property, and one of the first in the nation, to develop an innovative program to recycle surgical face masks which are being used by guests and Team Members as part of the resort's Venetian Clean initiatives.  Since the program began, the resort has recycled more than 8,600 pounds of these masks, which are being converted into composite lumber.

As part of this pilot project, the discarded masks are collected on-site and sent to a recycling facility where they are separated, shredded, and densified into a crumb-like raw material. This material will be used to make repurposed products such as shipping pallets, railroad ties and composite decking.
