Perched high above Bangkok's vibrant skyline, the rooftop pool and terrace will be transformed into an exclusive event space for a minimum of 2 or a maximum of 30 people.  Our experienced staff will curate your perfect celebration in keeping with your specific requirements.

Romantic Dinner Beneath the Stars: Just the Two of Us

For special occasions, couples can enjoy a unique romantic dining experience with a private table in a beautiful floral gazebo at the rooftop cabana lounge with stunning panoramic views of the city's breath-taking skyline. Attentive staff will serve a delicious candlelight dinner created by Executive Chef Maxim Baile and his team.  Perfect for proposals, birthdays and anniversaries, or just for something unique and different as you enjoy exclusive use of this beautiful venue.

The six-course menu includes delights such as a selection of the chef's innovative canapés, followed by lobster salad with grape seaweed, asparagus panna cotta, butterfly pea sauce and edible flowers; chicken veloute' with abalone, fresh truffles and goji berry pickle; grilled Kumamoto wagyu and foie gras complemented by Mon Jam potato mash, mushroom and trio sauce; pan-seared emperor fish with Hokkaido scallops, broccolini and ginger soya sauce and baked Alaska with chocolate brownies, vanilla cream and strawberry ice cream.

Our “Romantic Dinner Beneath the Stars” experience includes a bottle of Champagne Vieille France Brut Rosé, a round-trip transfer service by BMW Series 7 for guests who live within a 20 km radius of the hotel, and welcome sunset cocktails with tapas platter at Nimitr Terrace on Level 27.  Priced at THB 30,000 net. An overnight stay is priced at THB 10,755 net per night for staying in Sukhothai Suite inclusive of breakfast for two persons, a personal butler, an afternoon tea and sundowners.

An Ultimate Dinner for 16 people includes pre-dinner cocktails at the rooftop terrace for one hour followed by a sumptuous six-course dinner with live cooking stations with our talented chefs.  Priced at THB 60,000 net.

The evening begins with tiger prawns served with mango salsa, rocket leaves and sesame vinaigrette followed by an appetiser of pan-seared foie gras served with apple marmalade, almond slice, balsamic and porto wine reduction. A sumptuous truffle and cappuccino creamy mushroom soup served with burrata cheese and garlic crostini precedes the main courses. Baked lobster tail flamed Grand Marnier served with sun-dried tomato cream, pan-fried bell pepper polenta and asparagus coulis or beef tenderloin flamed Cognac beef fillet wrapped in pancetta with potato gratin, asparagus and black pepper sauce are the choice of the main course. End on a sweet note with a mouthwatering tiramisu served with hazelnut crumble, mascarpone sauce, and tuile.

The package includes rooftop pool access for a private party, a premium BBQ party with a private chef from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., featuring Boston lobster, lamb rack in laab crust, 75 days dry-aged tomahawk, succulent Fine de Claire oysters (No 3) with condiments, foie gras terrine with chutney and nuts and sundowners for two hours.
