T BAR is a neighbourhood institution; a proud local family owned and operated business based in Adelaide. Their heritage harks back to the family's monarch as their mum, Stella, would infuse and share tea around her 70's retro laminate kitchen table. The Hotel Indigo brand has gone from strength to strength over the years, with 126 open globally and another 99 in the pipeline. In Australasia, Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets will open in February 2021, the first to open in this market, with more to come in destinations including Melbourne and Auckland.
