A HALF DAY IN SANJE RESTAURANT & LOUNGE - Bali is indeed a versatile place where people from all over the world come to experience its beauty and hospitality, the versatility comes in so many forms here, the obvious one is the food. The world has been participating in forming the shape of Bali's kind of life. When you come to a place, let's say a restaurant, there so many touches in there that brings your senses exploring the other side of the world. 

Like this Sanje Restaurant in The Seminyak Beach Resort, located in the prime location of luxury Seminyak overlooking Indian ocean, as you may know have the best sunset view on the island, while your sense of taste can explore from freshly Mediterranean for lunch break, then on the same day you will be served with sensational Balinese seafood for dinner, if. Looks like a perfect day for a food lover.

The word "Sanje" is derived from the local word for the dusk, and it's probably the best time at the west coast of the island because the sunset is always magnificent and full of colors. The open-air concept allows you to merges with the vibes of Seminyak beach; the sound. the wind and the smell and that huge tree protect you from direct sun, the resort itself full of greenery with fully high maintenance.

For me personally, enjoying my lunchtime here was beyond exceptional, the location was perfect, the food was excellent, the ambiance was lovely and the view during sunset was you-need-to-experience-yourself. The menu is also very various, it can be a confusion for some of you if there are too many choices, so I think if you want a bite of pizza or sharing plates, Sanje Restaurant will be my Seminyak recommendation for those who ask me, where to eat in Seminyak during the lunch to afternoon while waiting for sunset with a lively vibes and no overcrowded ambiance?

But just make sure to always check with reservation, especially dinner time (see, sunset to evening), when I was there for Fisherman's Night the table in my sight is full book, just in case to secure your seat, because everyone love buffet dinner when on holidays.

Imagine they bring the Jimbaran seafood festivitief spirit to this restaurant, where all you can eat all the food served; from appetizer, salad, grilled seafood, sushi, and sweets - forget about how many calories you consume because there's no need to calculate because it's seafood heaven :).

The Fisherman's Night is no doubt a favorite for so many people, I see the table is full, the staff was grilling non-stop, and the food was fantastic. So don't forget to check with reservation (0361) 730814
