BBQ IN VILLA AT MONTIGO RESORT - It was a beautiful night with a moon and a far city light of Singapore and the city of Batam right there when we're enjoying our BBQ dinner delight. I always feel that BBQ is a romantic way to spend dinner with family and friends, we are need a lot of food during casual heart-to-heart conversation, everyone simply does know this.
With no Carbo, our BBQ came with 10 styles of sauces... From traditional "sambals" to tar tar to mint to soy with cayenne pepper (I have no idea the terminology ;p). I am quite believe that there will be always a distinctive technique in cooking, and I am not a chef so let it someone cooked it for us ;p. But the important thing how fresh these main ingredients; Vegetables, Seafood, Meat including chicken, beef and lamb, all grilled and I said, no need Carbo.
